Hi Mama, How’re you doing?
This mom thing is NOT for the weak. I hope you’re taking the time for yourself every now and again. I know that is easier said than done but it is true, to be the best mama to your babies you have to take care of yourself. YOU matter too.

Here’s a checklist from simple to hard things I want you to look at to make sure you’re not forgetting yourself amidst the chaos of motherhood.
HAVE YOU:
1- Showered?
2-Brushed your teeth?
3- Washed your face?
4- Ate AND drank something? (other than coffee)?
5- Changed out of your pajamas? (no judgement here some days I’m just changing into different jammies, just studies say getting dressed helps us feel more like ourselves)
6- Brushed your hair?
7- Done your makeup and/or hair? (if this is something you enjoy)
8- SOME kind of movement? (walk with the babies, gym, yoga, stretching… trust me ANY movement helps)
9- Engaged in one of your hobbies? (working out, reading, sewing, writing, singing… the list is endless)
10- Told yourself your the best mom for your littles? (it’s true)
